Executive Assistant – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (Northeast Asia)

About the role

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner for the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) team covering Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Reporting to the Head of SS&P Northeast Asia, you will provide high‑quality administrative and strategic support that enables senior leaders to focus on business priorities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, travel logistics and meeting coordination across multiple time zones.
• Prepare agendas, presentation decks, minutes and follow‑up actions for leadership meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Organise workshops, staff meetings, operational reviews and off‑site events, including supplier visits and Suppliers’ Day.
• Produce business reports, dashboards and leadership materials to support decision‑making.
• Drive action items to closure and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong ownership, curiosity and resilience in fast‑moving settings.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Motivation to support senior leadership and grow into future leadership or specialist roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
