Entry-Level Clinical Research Associate

About the role

Medpace is seeking motivated individuals to join its Clinical Research Associate (CRA) team. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training through the PACE® program and the chance to contribute to the development of pharmaceuticals and medical devices while traveling to research sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits at study sites in accordance with protocol and SOPs.
• Communicate with site staff, including coordinators and investigators, to ensure study compliance.
• Verify investigator qualifications, site resources, and equipment suitability.
• Review medical records and source documents against case report forms, flagging discrepancies and ensuring good documentation practices.
• Confirm enrollment of eligible subjects and review regulatory documents.

Required profile

• Background in health‑related fields such as nursing, dietetics, pharmacy, biotech, or related science disciplines.
• Strong interest in clinical research and drug/device development.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply training to independent site monitoring.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• Regulatory compliance and documentation review.
• Site monitoring and qualification procedures.
• Effective communication with clinical site personnel.
