职位概况
负责收集、整合客户项目需求，搭建需求结构并推动跨部门执行，确保项目进度、成本、交付等目标达成。
主要职责
- 收集并汇总客户需求，向内部跨部门传达并落实。
- 建立项目需求架构（BOM、时间表、成本控制），跟踪进度并协调解决问题。
- 定期维护客户资料、报价、会议记录，陪同客户来访。
- 进行项目资源、产能、交期风险评估与管理。
- 监控项目营业额、销售、库存及利润情况。
- 参与OPM职能培养及工作协调，准备Account Manager晋升。
任职要求
- 具备项目需求收集与跨部门沟通经验。
- 熟悉项目进度、成本及风险管理流程。
- 能够进行项目数据分析与报告。
