职位概况
在 lululemon 零售門市擔任 Educator，負責提供客戶產品知識、打造優質體驗，並推動本地社群活動。
主要职责
- 與顧客互動，提供產品教育與購物建議。
- 執行商品陳列、補貨與庫存管理。
- 策劃與執行本地社群專案，如跑步俱樂部、瑜伽活動。
- 收集顧客回饋，協助門市領導改進服務。
任职要求
- 具備合法在台工作資格。
- 高中或同等以上學歷。
- 願意彈性排班，並在店面大部分時間與顧客互動。
- 具備良好溝通與團隊合作精神。
必备技能
- 基本的產品知識傳遞能力。
- 使用門店技術系統的基本操作。
