E‑Business Specialist (Senior) – Online Sales & Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Business Specialist to drive L'OREAL Taiwan’s online sales performance. The role will own daily e‑commerce operations, optimise the user journey and ensure the brand meets its digital revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily online sell‑in and sell‑out performance to achieve business targets.
• Develop, maintain and execute the online e‑business plan, including promotional calendars and cross‑selling mechanisms.
• Enhance website user experience, overseeing design, content, navigation and checkout funnel.
• Merchandise website products dynamically based on sales goals, seasonal peaks and real‑time data.
• Track, analyse and act on e‑business KPIs such as conversion and bounce rates.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to run SEO/SEM, digital marketing campaigns and activations.
• Analyse the digital consumer path, monitor competitor activity and adopt e‑retailer best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on e‑business operations and online campaign execution.
• Strong proficiency in daily administration of e‑commerce CMS platforms (product uploads, promotion setups).
• Experience generating performance reports using web analytics tools.
• Solid knowledge of e‑merchandising, visual asset coordination and basic UX/UI optimisation.
• Proven ability to coordinate with digital agencies for SEO/SEM and marketing alignment.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
