Distribution Center Lead, Taiwan

About the role

Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care) is hiring a DC Lead for its Taiwan distribution center and last-mile delivery operations. The role leads the warehouse and LMD operations, manages 3PL partners and acts as the primary logistics owner in Taiwan, working closely with commercial, customer service, quality, regulatory, finance, IT and regional supply chain teams. The position is based in Taoyuan and is hybrid eligible, with at least three days per week in the warehouse or office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, outbound fulfillment and last-mile delivery, and ensure service levels, inventory accuracy and KPIs are met
• Manage 3PLs and transportation partners, including SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews and corrective actions
• Lead projects such as DC migration, process standardization, cost-saving and network optimization projects
• Work with IT teams on SAP enhancements and use data and reporting tools to drive performance
• Own warehouse and last-mile delivery costs, support budgeting and forecasting, and manage KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time delivery and order fulfillment
• Represent the DC/LMD to commercial, customer service, planning, regulatory affairs, quality, finance, procurement and IT teams, and report performance to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality requirements, GDP, EHS, security and sustainability, and support audits and corrective actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution or supply chain management
• Minimum 3 years managing warehouse operations or 3PL providers
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, transportation management and inventory management
• Experience leading operational improvement, warehouse migration or supply chain transformation projects
• Healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences experience
• Knowledge of GDP requirements and experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification
