Distribution and Warehousing Specialist

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Distribution and Warehousing Specialist to join the FIM MNEA team. You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity in Taiwan while shaping and executing the end‑to‑end logistics strategy across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise distribution and warehousing execution at global, regional and local levels.
• Strengthen warehouse governance and manage third‑party logistics providers (LSPs).
• Lead risk and compliance management across logistics functions.
• Drive performance metrics such as cost avoidance, delivery precision, inventory accuracy and warehouse fill rate.
• Act as a functional advisor to internal and external stakeholders, aligning logistics strategy with business needs.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses to resolve transport and warehouse issues and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Promote eco‑friendly, compliant and cost‑effective transport and storage to support sustainability goals.
• Utilise enterprise systems (SAP WM, TMS, Primelog, Tracy) to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Solid background in end‑to‑end supply chain, distribution and warehouse management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial thinking abilities with risk/compliance awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, accountable and collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Fluent English communication skills.
