About the role
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead the F&B division at a premier hotel, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This senior position balances guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and owner expectations while driving profitability across all outlets and banquets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient running of the Food & Beverage division in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Act as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the department, developing and executing revenue‑driving initiatives.
- Ensure all restaurants, bars, and banquet operations meet hotel standards and achieve individual profitability.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, employee performance, and owner expectations.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in a large property.
- Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
