Director of Customer Services – Semiconductor

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive customer service and spares operations across key semiconductor markets in Asia. The role will serve as the primary executive contact for strategic customers, ensuring high‑performance service delivery and alignment with supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior point of contact for strategic customers across Asia, managing executive relationships and resolving complex escalations.
• Lead regional customer service and spares teams across multiple countries, fostering operational excellence and a high‑performance culture.
• Direct demand forecasting activities by consolidating customer requirements and aligning material expectations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with planning and supply‑chain teams to address material constraints, expedite critical deliveries, and improve service responsiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience within semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, or high‑tech sectors.
• Proven success managing multicultural teams across Asia‑Pacific markets.
• Strong expertise in customer relationship management, executive communication, and escalation resolution.
