DevOps Engineer, Infra

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and maintain backend infrastructure that ensures high availability, scalability and reliability of Binance’s production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain backend infrastructure for high‑availability production services.
• Manage cloud environments on AWS and AliCloud, optimizing performance and cost.
• Deploy, monitor and operate Kubernetes clusters and related services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with software engineers to support service deployments and troubleshoot incidents.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance of production environments.
• Research and integrate AI technologies for intelligent alert analysis and operational automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kafka and Redis in large‑scale production.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go or Java, plus SQL.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform).
• Minimum 3 years of experience on AWS; experience with GCP, Azure or AliCloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Practical experience building AIOps systems and familiarity with LLM‑based DevOps automation.
• Experience with tools such as Dify, Agno or LangChain for operational workflows.
