Data Analyst Team Lead

Key responsibilities

• Oversee high‑performing, multidisciplinary members of the Data & Analytics team, designing and building complex visualisations and analytical models to assess market or operational impacts.
• Work closely with operational and functional areas to identify, prioritise and deliver impactful analytical use cases, turning findings into simple visualisations and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret large (petabyte‑scale) volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open‑source tools, platforms and analytical toolkits.
• Contribute to a fast‑paced environment where time‑to‑market is critical.

Required profile

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience applying advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated experience applying analytical techniques to guide operational improvements, scheduling, asset utilisation or investment decisions, and supervising the work of others (preferably in analytics or engineering roles).
• Ability to think abstractly, solve problems and handle ambiguity.
• Enthusiasm and drive to lead and shape the team’s future.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time‑management skills.
