Customer Service and Logistics Manager

About the role

The Customer Service and Logistics Manager leads a cross‑functional team of more than ten members across multiple sites. Reporting to the CSLP Manager, the role combines strategic logistics planning with day‑to‑day customer service oversight to ensure seamless order fulfillment and transport execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term, annual and daily transport operation plans aligned with the OpCo logistics strategy.
• Coach team leaders on logistics process execution, monitor performance and mobilise additional resources when needed.
• Administer all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse logistics cost data, develop cost‑model proposals and support transport tenders, annual planning and LSP management.
• Manage logistics service providers (LSPs) to unlock contract value and support the supply‑chain strategy.
• Design and maintain management reporting to track transport performance and drive decision‑making.
• Oversee the customer service team, handling order‑to‑cash processes and customer relationship management.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using TPM methodology and drive digitalisation of manual workflows.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and align internal stakeholders from production to sales and finance.
