Customer Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to strengthen Volkswagen's brand presence in Taiwan. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty while supporting the overall mobility strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define, monitor and deliver KPI targets aligned with brand and local strategy.
• Build and maintain a strategic, competitive brand image.
• Analyze consumer behavior, design the customer journey and create key moments of truth.
• Leverage data for campaigns, develop target‑audience engagement (KOC, fan clubs) and support customer care.
• Track loyalty metrics and generate business potential for new, used and after‑sales services.
• Develop and market the Volkswagen Privilege Program.
• Lead CRM activities across dealership networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or marketing functions.
• Automotive industry experience preferred; agency experience a plus.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination, conflict management and project management abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, especially data processing and PivotTables.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; German is an advantage.
