Corporate Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Specialist will support TSMC’s ESG initiatives by creating compelling content and driving multi‑channel engagement activities. This position works closely with senior executives to shape ESG discussions, provide strategic insights, and align communications with corporate sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG engagement strategies that raise stakeholder awareness and influence behavior.
• Plan, execute, and manage creative campaigns, events, and activities that reflect company values and sustainability objectives.
• Produce high‑quality, multilingual ESG content for websites, social media, internal portals, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and directly support executive management on ESG‑related initiatives.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags to improve SEO performance and website metrics.
• Assist in ESG data collection, reporting, and performance tracking in line with global standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sustainability, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Japanese or German proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SEO tools, CMS platforms, and basic digital content development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities, with experience supporting senior management.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, independence, and adaptability to change.
• Effective project coordination, multitasking, and time‑management capabilities.
