Consumer Operations, Co-Marketing Lead

About the role

The Co‑Marketing Lead will head one of Uber Eats Taiwan’s key consumer growth functions, designing how millions of users discover and engage with the platform. Working at the crossroads of strategy, marketing, partnerships and operations, you will drive commercial co‑marketing campaigns with top restaurant brands to boost customer engagement, improve offer performance and differentiate the service.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end co‑marketing strategy, campaign roadmap, budget allocation and performance framework.
• Partner with merchant operations and commercial teams to create exclusive restaurant collaborations and limited‑time campaigns.
• Develop acquisition, engagement, retention and membership campaigns using customer insights and lifecycle segmentation.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Legal, PR, Finance and regional stakeholders.
• Manage a high‑performing team, external creative agencies and procurement workflows to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, growth marketing, management consulting or corporate operations, preferably in F&B, e‑commerce or tech.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, consumer insights, pricing strategy and growth principles.
• Commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities balancing consumer impact, merchant value and returns.
• Proven ability to use data for business decisions and to build trusted relationships across functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Traditional Mandarin.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, energetic approach in high‑growth environments.
