About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Cloud Account Executive to drive revenue growth for its Agentforce AI platform. You will work remotely from Taiwan, collaborating with the sales team to position AI‑driven customer engagement solutions for B2B and B2C clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify Agentforce opportunities, conducting deep technical discovery to align solutions with client business goals.
- Collaborate with Salesforce sales teams to expand Agentforce adoption across existing and new customers.
- Present tailored Points of View that demonstrate the value of Agentforce within the Salesforce product stack.
- Lead comprehensive discovery conversations, mapping client needs to AI and cloud capabilities.
Required profile
- 5‑10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in highly technical environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on complex technology solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required skills
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and agent platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud) and AI‑driven customer engagement solutions.
- Knowledge of hyper‑scale cloud infrastructure, data layers, and LLM vendor technologies.
- Solution‑selling capability rather than product‑only selling.
