Clinical Research Scientist

About the role

The Clinical Research Scientist (CRS) is a therapeutically‑aligned scientist who represents Medical Affairs in a cross‑functional partnership with the brand team. The CRS supports both external customer needs and internal business objectives, and also provides key assistance to Clinical Research Physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary medical point of contact for the brand team, offering clinical, scientific and strategic input.
• Plan and execute medical activities for product launches, including launch planning and execution.
• Contribute to the development of local brand plans and medical strategies.
• Provide scientific and creative input for the creation or review of promotional materials (local, regional or global).
• Communicate therapeutic‑area knowledge to the brand team and train internal partners such as sales and marketing colleagues.
• Gather and synthesize aggregated customer information, insights and recommendations.
• Organise and implement relevant customer meetings, including speaker training and advisory board sessions.

• Must have or obtain work authorization in the country where the position is located.
