Clinical Operation Specialist – 1 Year Contract (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Operation Specialist to join our Clinical Solutions team on a one‑year contract. The position is open to recent graduates who are eager to start a career in clinical research and support the delivery of drug development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical monitoring staff with site management activities and act as the sponsor representative for assigned study sites.
• Create and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF) and project documentation, participating in file audits.
• Prepare and update site manuals, reference tools and other study documents.
• Enter and track clinical data in study databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Manage inbound and outbound clinical and regulatory documents, coordinating with investigators, study teams and clients.
• Handle shared mailbox, process site requests and route correspondence appropriately.
• Coordinate ordering, packaging, shipping and tracking of site supplies and materials.
• Assist in organizing team meetings, record minutes and follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation (e.g., TMF, CRFs).
• Basic experience with clinical data entry and tracking systems.
