Clinical Enrolment Manager (Contract, 0.1 FTE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Enrolment Manager to support patient recruitment and retention for global clinical trials. This contract position (0.1 FTE) is based in Taiwan and involves both virtual and on‑site engagement with trial sites to accelerate enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on coaching and strategic guidance to trial sites to boost patient recruitment.
• Conduct community outreach visits to raise trial awareness among healthcare professionals and the public.
• Lead site‑optimization calls, identify recruitment barriers, and propose actionable solutions.
• Assist sites in mapping patient pathways, distributing materials, and organizing pre‑screening activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with sites to keep momentum and motivation high.
• Document all interactions and submit accurate follow‑up reports on time.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or related trial support.
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, deadline‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and willingness to travel within Taiwan.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Skype or similar communication platforms.
