Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join Dynacast’s sales team on a remote basis. The role focuses on generating leads, supporting sales activities, and expanding our customer base across global manufacturing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, target markets, and competitor activity.
• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and arranging in‑person meetings.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and manage the sales pipeline from generation to closure.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective sales strategies and tailored proposals.
• Create presentations and pitches that clearly communicate value propositions.
• Monitor competitor activities and contribute to maintaining a competitive advantage.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Coordinate and manage webinars, handling all logistical and technical aspects.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for finding and cultivating new business.
