Business Development Manager – APAC Region

About the role

Sourceability® is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across the APAC region. You will own the messaging and delivery of Sourceability’s value proposition, expanding the customer pipeline and accelerating engagement with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the APAC territory and specialist verticals.
• Build and maintain a robust, clean CRM pipeline and strategic growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft tailored solutions for customers.
• Travel extensively to meet prospects, partners, and existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain a broad professional network.

Required profile

• Proven track record of profitable growth that exceeds market benchmarks.
• Deep knowledge of the APAC market or specific verticals, with an active network of contacts.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership (C‑suite) and all organizational levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Commitment to work‑life balance and flexibility.
