Business Analyst – Insurance

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in insurance to join its Taiwan delivery team. The role focuses on supporting application and database migration projects, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for application and database migration activities.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, workflows and documentation.
• Collaborate with development, testing, architecture and infrastructure teams.
• Support testing cycles by preparing scenarios, validating results and maintaining requirement traceability.
• Prepare business documents, user guides and communication materials.
• Ensure business requirements align with quality expectations and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Background in Information Technology, Business or related fields.
• Experience in business analysis for enterprise systems or migration initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of system workflows, integration behaviour and testing support.
• Fluent in English and Taiwanese.
