Brand Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of Acer Fashion across multiple touchpoints. The role involves creating cohesive visual experiences that reinforce brand recognition and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and recognition.
• Design cohesive visual experiences for websites, product pages, social media, exhibitions, events and other brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Social Media, E‑commerce and Product Management teams to translate product strategies into engaging visual narratives.
• Create campaign visuals, marketing assets, product imagery and creative concepts to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain brand design guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
• Support product launches, brand events, exhibitions, partnerships and other marketing initiatives with innovative design solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, consumer experience trends and emerging AI creative technologies.
• Leverage AI‑powered design tools to enhance ideation, content creation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design or creative design.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and customer experience.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
