Associate Technical Consultant – Analytics & Platform Services

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to join our Consulting team in the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Taipei, you will work with experienced consultants and architects to deliver SAS‑based analytics and platform solutions that address complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and deployment of SAS software and related solutions.
• Configure, test, and support data integration, ETL, and data‑engineering processes.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, data mappings and transformation logic.
• Assist with system installation, environment validation, data migration and deployment across customer environments.
• Create technical documentation, test plans and implementation deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support defect resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects, project managers and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition‑to‑support activities after project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, software implementation or technical consulting projects.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of data management, data warehousing or data engineering principles.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
