Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Officer to join our Consumer Banking Group in Taipei. You will engage potential customers through outbound telemarketing calls, promoting personal loans, credit cards and other unsecured loan products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to market and sell personal loan and card products.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay updated on product offerings, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
