Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

The Assistant Officer will join DBS Consumer Banking Group’s telemarketing team to promote personal loan products to high‑value card holders. You will provide professional financial advice over the phone, help customers resolve loan‑related issues, and contribute to the bank’s performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact selected DBS card holders by telephone to promote personal loan offerings and deliver tailored financial consulting.
• Report daily status, feedback and suggestions to the supervisor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems related to personal loan applications and servicing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product details, internal procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with clear articulation.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Previous experience in telephone‑based roles (e.g., market research, promotion, recruitment) is preferred.
• Positive, ambitious mindset and desire to develop as a telemarketing specialist.
