Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

The Assistant Officer will promote DBS personal loan products to selected card‑holder customers via telephone. You will provide professional financial advice, handle inquiries, and help the team meet its sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote personal loan products by phone to high‑quality DBS card holders and deliver tailored financial consulting.
• Provide timely feedback and suggestions to supervisors regarding campaign performance.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues related to personal loan services.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant product information, computer operations, and company procedures while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with clear articulation.
• Strong learning spirit and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Positive attitude, ambition, and desire to become a full‑scale telemarketing specialist.
• Preferably some prior telephone experience (e.g., market research, promotion, recruitment).
• Ability to follow company operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
