Assistant Officer – Telemarketing Personal Loan Sales

About the role

The Assistant Officer will join the Consumer Banking Group’s telemarketing team to promote DBS personal loan products to selected card holders. This role combines outbound calling, financial consulting and customer support to help meet sales targets while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact high‑quality DBS card holders by telephone to promote personal loan products and provide professional financial advice.
• Gather and relay status updates and suggestions to the supervisor.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to personal loans.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant banking procedures, compliance requirements and internal operating guidelines.

Required profile

• Basic telephone handling skills with clear articulation.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work under performance pressure.
• Positive, ambitious mindset and desire to develop as a telemarketing specialist.
• Ability to follow company procedures and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
