Assistant Brand Manager – Pet Care Marketing

About the role

Join Purina Petcare’s Brand Marketing team as an Assistant Brand Manager and help shape the future of pet care products. You will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, analyze market performance, and collaborate closely with customers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotion elements for the business plan, including sales tools and packaging updates.
• Analyze sales, share, profit, and syndicated scan data to generate actionable insights.
• Support digital‑shelf execution, ensuring product content, imagery, claims and brand assets are accurate and optimized.
• Manage promotional calendars, customer relationship marketing, and merchandising events.
• Maintain budgets, forecast packaging needs, and monitor inventory levels.
• Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to influence brand decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing or sales, preferably within FMCG or multinational environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Collaborative, curious and digitally‑driven attitude.
