Applications Engineer (New Grad) – Power ICs

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a recent graduate with a Master’s in Power Electronics to join our Applications Engineering team in Taipei. You will work on enhancing and debugging power IC products, creating reference designs, and supporting key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IC road‑tests for system‑level verification and participate in product development.
• Design and document hardware/software assets such as datasheets, evaluation boards, application notes, GUIs and benchmark reports.
• Develop reference circuits and assist customers with schematic and layout reviews.
• Provide application support to field engineers and major customers.

Required profile

• MSEE or higher in Power Electronics.
• Basic knowledge of DC/DC and AC/DC converters, power devices and magnetic components.
• Hands‑on experience with power circuit design or modeling.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing and speaking.
