Accounting Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant Manager to support our finance team in managing month‑end close, tax compliance and daily accounting operations. The role combines hands‑on accounting work with reporting, audit assistance and process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, taxation processes and governance for local business, withholding and corporate taxes.
• Manage daily accounts receivable collection, prepare accounting data and summarize financial information.
• Review invoices, AR/AP documents and payment requests to ensure accurate accounting vouchers.
• Prepare accruals, monthly and annual closing entries, reporting and reconciliations.
• Produce periodic accounting, tax and management reports for group reporting.
• Assist CPA audit fieldwork and perform tax‑related reconciliation tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization in accounting activities.
• Coordinate and track HQ‑initiated accounting transformation projects.
• Communicate and collaborate with business partners and handle additional assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in accounting functions or public accounting.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• High learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
