Account Manager – Sales & Marketing (South)

About the role

As an Account Manager for Sales & Marketing (South) you will grow your assigned territory by delivering professional product knowledge, market insights and service excellence to customers. You will act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and driving business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned territory through proactive sales activities.
• Provide customers with detailed product information and tailored solutions.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Visit job sites and conduct on‑site meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of direct sales experience; machinery or engineering product sales is a plus.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable managing your own sales pipeline.
• Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s licence for business travel.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for customer development and management.
