職位概述

Coupang 台灣市場平台（Coupang Marketplace）招募資深帳務經理，負責管理並拓展策略性賣家夥伴關係，協助賣家擴大商品品項與曝光，提升產品競爭力與平台績效，加速業務成長。

主要職責

與大型賣家建立深度合作，協助擴大商品品項與平台曝光，進而提升顧客評論與回購率
協助賣家利用平台曝光工具，爭取首頁推薦、每日特價專區及重點品類頁面等高流量版位
運用平台內部數據分析市場競爭，提供定價建議以提升銷售量與曝光機會
監控賣家營運績效，確保商品符合促銷活動資格（如銷售量、庫存水位）
指導賣家符合物流與配送標準，協助導入免運費等配送模式

任职要求

豐富的電商平台客戶管理經驗，有成功經營並擴大高交易量賣家帳戶的成績
能獨立管理複雜促銷活動週期，從規劃、設定到追蹤與分析
能透過價格競爭力、出貨效率、庫存健康度等指標評估賣家表現
優秀的溝通與影響力技巧，能向賣家說明平台政策與作業流程

招募流程為資格審核、電話面試、現場或線上面對面面試，最後發出錄取通知；若所有職缺招滿，公告可能提前關閉。
