Workplace Services Manager – Mandarin & English

About the role

Google is looking for a Workplace Services Manager who will design, implement and manage service offerings across its Taiwan offices. The role requires delivering outstanding workplace experiences, handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders, and continuously improving efficiency and efficacy of workplace tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workplace services for Taiwan, overseeing new office builds, expansions, space planning and process implementation while adapting to a changing environment.
• Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for workplace services, providing quality customer service, understanding employee needs and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate with APAC Workplace Services, Real Estate & Workplace Services partners, IT, People Operations and Finance to ensure seamless regional integration, fiscal responsibility and new program rollout.
• Lead insourced and extended workforce teams in building operations—including repairs, maintenance, HVAC, janitorial services—as well as essential site services such as reception, mail, moves and occupancy planning.
• Oversee vendor operations, manage projects, navigate ambiguity and ensure compliance with environmental and governmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, corporate services, property or office management.
• Fluent communication in Mandarin and English.
• Experience developing and managing budgets, including capital budget justification.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business units, work under tight timelines, shifting priorities and organizational change.
