Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to manage material movements within our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and supporting production schedules. The role involves real-time recording of all transactions in the warehouse management system and maintaining a safe, organized storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, store, and issue materials while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and protection of materials.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, following escalation procedures.
• Record all material movements in the WMS in real time, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Ensure system records match physical inventory at all times.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements, report incidents, and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in semiconductor or traditional manufacturing.
• Basic English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP and other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus).
