Vaccine Sales Representative – Yun, Jia, Nan Region

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a motivated Vaccine Sales Representative to cover the Yun, Jia, Nan region in Taiwan. The role focuses on achieving annual sales targets, building strong relationships with hospitals and key opinion leaders, and ensuring product availability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Detail product features and benefits to secure prescribing commitments.
• Gather and provide market intelligence, competitive data, and strategic customer insights.
• Address client concerns with thorough product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key doctors, KOLs, and hospital decision‑makers.
• Support hospitals with service and product information.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in CENTRIX and digital systems.
• Plan and execute call plans based on targeting priorities.
• Assist supervisors in solving market issues, including product listing.
• Update competitor and generic product information regularly.
• Organize product presentations and implement marketing promotional programs.
• Submit daily reports on time and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Business; diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a multinational company or 3 years in a local firm with strong performance.
• Native Mandarin speaker; fluency in Taiwanese is a plus.
• Results‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to manage territory effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
