Technical Spares PLM Director

About the role

The Technical Spares PLM Director will lead the development and delivery of spare part solutions for tier‑1 customers, working closely with Process Engineering, Sales and Field Service Operations to assess viability and value of requests. You will translate customer technical high‑value performance requirements into specifications, test plans and internal documentation, supporting Applied Services’ spares business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account Process Engineering, Sales, and FSO to review viability and value of tier‑1 customer requests for spares CIPs.
• Translate the customer’s technical HVP related to part performance and define specifications and test plans for AGS support functions.
• Generate internal documentation for alternate part solutions, including business cases and sales collateral for internal customers.
• Support the account team in developing qualification plans and data packages with customers, lab tools, and the EPIC center.
• Recommend to the GM how to most effectively deploy resources to achieve spares business goals for Applied Services.

Required profile

• Systems‑level mindset covering process, hardware, device and total CpW.
• Data‑driven and hypothesis‑oriented approach.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to translate technical insights into practical application solutions.
• Comfortable managing stress of external customer deadlines and internal competing objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or chemistry and at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment and leading‑node fab requirements.
