Talent Acquisition Partner – Taiwan & Hong Kong

About the role

Sanofi is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts across Taiwan and Hong Kong. Based in Taipei, you will own end‑to‑end hiring processes and support the company’s strategic growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional stakeholders and hiring managers to design talent acquisition strategies aligned with Sanofi’s North Star Strategy and "Take the Lead" culture.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from search strategy to metric‑driven execution, ensuring best‑in‑class candidate and client experience.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates, including strong university relations and innovative sourcing methods.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports and represent Sanofi at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Design and manage diversity‑focused recruitment projects, guaranteeing diverse slates for every position.
• Drive key staffing metrics such as Time to Fill, Diversity, Source of Hire, Hiring Manager satisfaction, compliance and Cost per Hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 8‑10 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably based in Taiwan.
• Experience in life‑sciences, pharma or biotechnology within a multinational organization.
• Strong project‑management, business‑acumen and stakeholder‑facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken); Cantonese is a plus.
• Experience managing RPO, contingency or retained search partners.
