Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain

About the role

Advanced Energy is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its global supply chain function. You will support data‑driven decision‑making as the organization advances its digital transformation, helping internal teams move from traditional methods to automated, insight‑rich processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with operational managers and senior executives to define critical business questions and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Collect, clean, transform, and organize data from manual and automated sources, documenting data and process flows.
• Design, develop, and deploy reports and dashboards using Power BI, and create presentations and written reports to communicate findings.
• Coach and mentor internal data champions, and collaborate with IT on cloud initiatives and data migration.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytics role, with proven interaction with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments is highly desirable.

Required skills

• SQL, Python or PySpark for production‑level coding.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• Cloud platforms such as Databricks or Azure.
• Knowledge of data wrangling, data governance, and master‑data management.
