Security Solutions Architect – AWS APJ

About the role

We are looking for a Security Solutions Architect to join the AWS APJ Solutions Architecture team. In this role you will help customers design and implement secure cloud architectures, guide proof‑of‑concept projects and run workshops that address security and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architecture guidance and lead proof‑of‑concept engagements for security solutions on AWS.
• Conduct customer workshops and collaborate with partners to solve security and compliance challenges.
• Own technical engagements and ensure successful implementation of security projects.
• Drive adoption of AWS services across organizations by working cross‑functionally.
• Develop deep expertise in AWS security technologies and best practices.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and advise senior stakeholders on risk mitigation and trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing and consulting skills.
• Experience as a security systems engineer or security architect.
• Passion for educating and designing cloud solutions for diverse customers.
• Ability to think strategically about business, product and technology challenges.
