SAP SD Manager – Taipei

About the role

The SAP SD Manager will lead the implementation, enhancement and support of SAP Sales & Distribution solutions across multiple business units. This position requires deep SAP SD expertise, strong people‑management skills and fluent English (and Chinese) communication to collaborate with global users, IT teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities across business units.
• Manage, coach and develop SAP SD team members, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables and fostering capability growth.
• Design and maintain core SAP SD processes such as sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns and complex intercompany sales transactions.
• Analyse business requirements and propose SAP best‑practice solutions to optimise Order‑to‑Cash operations.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and related modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems (EDI, IDoc, customer portals, logistics partners).
• Prioritise change requests, incidents and continuous‑improvement initiatives while maintaining user satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members, consultants and key business users.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on SAP SD experience, including managerial or team‑lead responsibilities.
• At least one full‑lifecycle SAP implementation, rollout or major enhancement project.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese communication also required.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or global multi‑country SAP rollouts is a plus.
