Sales Representative

About the role

WIN SOURCE is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to start a career in B2B sales within the global electronic components market. You will work with real supply‑chain needs, learning how to identify prospects, handle RFQs and support customers through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Research and organise potential customer leads using LinkedIn, industry platforms and other search tools.
• Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and follow up on basic customer needs.
• Support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress matters and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams to fulfil customer requests.
• Continuously follow up with prospects, inactive customers and existing leads to advance conversations.
• Learn electronic component products, customer purchasing processes and basic supply‑chain concepts.
• Assist Sales Managers or Business Development colleagues with customer development tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, business development or customer communication is preferred.
• Good English (or local language) communication skills and willingness to proactively reach out to customers.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to learn a new industry.
• Interest in international B2B sales and electronic component supply chains.
• Early‑career candidates, fresh graduates or individuals with strong sales potential.
