Job description

职位概况

负责分析亚洲区制造、供应链、销售、财务及运营数据，将业务需求转化为统一的KPI和分析规格，建设并维护Power BI仪表板及管理层Scorecard。

主要职责

收集各业务单元及工厂需求，建立Power BI报表、Semantic Model、Dataset及可复用的数据模型。
使用SQL验证ERP、Data Warehouse等系统数据，进行异常调查与根因分析。
制定KPI定义、数据字典、报表权限及Data Governance机制，提升跨BU数据一致性。
推动Governed Self‑Service Analytics，支持ERP转型与亚洲区BI平台发展。

任职要求

3至5年Data Analyst、BI Analyst或相关经验，大学以上学历，信息管理、信息工程、统计等相关科系。
英文听说读写中等以上，具跨国团队沟通能力。
具制造、供应链、销售、财务或区域性商业分析经验者佳。

必备技能

Power BI、SQL、DAX、Advanced Excel、Power Query、Data Warehouse。
Azure SQL、Data Factory或Microsoft Fabric经验优先。
熟悉SAP ECC、Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central等ERP系统者佳。
