职位概况
負責透過電話開發與銷售保險商品，維護客戶關係並確保法令遵循與品質管理。
主要职责
- 使用公司提供名單進行電話開發，推廣個人意外險、醫療險、癌症險等保險商品。
- 分析客戶需求，提供保險規劃建議，執行續保、加保及交叉銷售，提高客戶留存率。
- 遵循保險法規與個資法，完成銷售流程、錄音及系統紀錄，定期提交銷售報告。
任职要求
- 具高中或以上學歷，具電話行銷或業務經驗者佳。
- 具正面積極、健談、抗壓性高，願意挑戰高薪。
