主要职责

企业并购、策略投资业务开发。
财务顾问案件整体规划、咨询与作业执行。
分析研究产业趋势及潜在案件机会。
依据案件需求撰写商业计划书、建立财务评估模型。

任职要求

具承销辅导相关工作经验两年以上者佳。
拥有证券业务员等相关证照者佳。
大学以上财务金融等相关科系毕业。
英语听说读写流利。
