Motion Designer – Client Training & Education

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is looking for a Motion Designer to help create engaging eLearning and onsite training experiences for its global client base. You will work within the Client Training and Education (CTE) team, turning complex payment concepts into clear visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual presentations, animations, and other training assets for large, strategic clients.
• Gather information from multiple sources, analyse it, and translate it into effective learning materials.
• Apply graphic design, motion design, and eLearning techniques to build lessons and resources.
• Plan, organise, and manage your workload to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe After Effects.
• Professional‑level English proficiency.
• Portfolio preferred but not mandatory.
