Legal Counsel – Global Supply Chain

About the role

Oracle is seeking a licensed attorney to join its Global Supply Chain Legal team. This early‑career position offers hands‑on experience with commercial contracts, document preparation, and legal review, providing a pathway to become a trusted commercial legal advisor within a leading technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Prepare legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support contract execution and manage documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Enter, organize, and maintain contract and legal data in internal systems.
• Conduct legal research and assist with legal analysis as required.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle policies, legal requirements, and internal processes.
• As experience grows, negotiate commercial agreements and advise business partners on contractual issues.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney (juris doctor or equivalent).
• Early‑career professional with strong legal fundamentals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and motivation to learn complex commercial transactions.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
