Learning and Development Manager

About the role

This strategic position leads the design and implementation of a global talent development system focused on skills and business impact. Working closely with senior leadership, the role transforms Learning & Development into a capability‑building engine that drives performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern a global learning and talent development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design an integrated learning ecosystem based on the 70‑20‑10 model, including LMS/LXP platforms and AI‑driven experiences.
• Lead leadership and key talent development programs, fostering a coaching culture and cultural continuity.
• Integrate AI into learning applications and establish learning analytics capabilities.
• Measure learning effectiveness using multi‑level evaluation frameworks and report business impact to executives.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to embed talent development in strategic decisions.
• Manage global learning budgets, vendor partnerships, and ensure consistency and scalability of initiatives.
• Build and lead a high‑impact L&D team with strong consulting and analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in talent development or HR, with 8+ years in leadership and cross‑regional management.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale or global L&D initiatives.
• Experience driving organizational transformation (digital, cultural, or operational) is highly preferred.
