HVAC Project Manager 2

About the role

The HVAC Project Manager 2 will lead the profitable execution of major systems, mechanical and equipment projects for our clients in Taipei. You will collaborate with owners, contractors, and internal HVAC/BMS teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned HVAC and BMS projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Conduct pre‑bid cost and scope reviews, develop tender documentation, and plan site schedules.
• Coordinate material procurement, progress tracking, and project documentation.
• Review variation orders, assess project risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage the HVAC/BMS project team, providing coaching and performance monitoring.
• Implement and refine SOPs, create cost‑review tools, and deliver training to project staff.
• Travel to project sites as required and support additional initiatives assigned by the PD Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, BMS, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial or industrial experience in HVAC/BMS project management, cost estimation, and design.
• Proven experience with SOP implementation, cost‑review processes, and tool standardisation.
• Hands‑on experience with engineering design and architectural tool development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
