HR Manager – Talent Management & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent management, employee development, and HR strategy across the organization. The role partners closely with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business objectives and ensure a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on staffing programs, talent management, and HR policies that support strategic goals.
• Drive HR initiatives that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Lead employee development programs, performance management, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Maintain positive staff relations, communicate policies, and support managers in employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company standards while mitigating risk.
• Develop and coordinate internal communications to keep managers and employees informed.
• Collaborate on business performance evaluation and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player willing to drive change.
